The Health Prevention Course (PPS)

The FFA's Health Prevention Course (Parcours de PrÃ©vention SantÃ©) is a four-stage tool designed to raise awareness of the risks, precautions and recommendations relating to runners' health.
This new certificate (valid for 3 months only) replaces the medical note.

Registration

10 km of the Prom"Classic to licenced (only for French Runners) and non licenced runners born in 2010 and before.

Option (outside registration)

OFFICIAL TEE-SHIRT (limited edition)

Autorisation parentale

The race is compulsary to present a parental authorization for every runners aged under 18

Individual accident insurance

The organization recommend to all runners which donâ€™t have a civil personal insurance to subscribe to a individual accident insurance.

Please note

The participation to the sporting tests organized by the sporting federations is subordinated to present a PPS certificate number still valid on 4th January, 2026 attesting that the participant has completed and validated their health prevention course (implemented by the FFA in 2004).

And itâ€™s the same for the runner under 18 years-old. For this runners, only a parental autorisation and a healthy document must be presented.
