10 km : race is open to runners born in 2010 and before.

The participation to the sporting tests organized by the sporting federations is subordinated to present a PPS certificate number still valid on 4th January, 2026 attesting that the participant has completed and validated their health prevention course (implemented by the FFA in 2004).

And it’s the same for the runner under 18 years-old. For this runners, only a parental autorisation and a healthy document must be presented.

If you did not supply your medical certificate during your registration, you are well-recorded but your file is not complete:

• To provide us your PPS, after your registration you have 2 possibilities to complete your file: HERE

• You can also show it when you pick-up your race number on the Expo.

Be careful : Foreigner licenses are not allowed.

Number bib collection: On the Expo on Kiosque à Musique (Théâtre de Verdure de Nice / Promenade des Anglais), by showing your ID card and your registration voucher that you received on your email address.

How to get my voucher ?

• It will be send few days before the race on your email address.
• You can print it when you check your registration on our page: HERE
• On site, you could identify your race number on a registration board to collect your bib. Several roll-ups with QR codes will be displayed in the village, allowing you to download your collection voucher by searching for your family name.

Be careful : No bib will be sent by post.

The Running Expo is located on Promenade des Anglais in Nice, on Kiosque à Musique (Théâtre de Verdure de Nice / Promenade des Anglais)

• Saturday 3 January 2026 from 9.00 to 19:00

For individuals wishing to collect another person's race number, a photocopy of that person's identity document will be required, as well as their licence or PPS if this has not been sent previously.

If you can’t collect your race number on your own, a person of your choice could do it for you provided that the person could bring your ID and the copy of your PPS. (if it would not have been provided yet before).

All registrations are personal, firm and final, and are non-refundable for any reason.

However, runners may request a refund corresponding to 90% of the registration fee only. Any additional options purchased will not be refunded. This refund is subject to prior approval by the organizing committee and will only be granted for the following reasons: illness, injury, accident during travel, or the death of a spouse, ascendant or descendant. This service is optional and subject to a fee. A medical certificate or supporting document must be sent to CIMALP COMMUNICATION – Prom’Classic – 1545 Route Départementale – RN7 – Marina 7 – 06270 Villeneuve-Loubet (France) or by email to verosportup@gmail.com, no later than Saturday, January 3rd, 2026, either by email or by post (postmark will be considered proof of date). No refund will be issued in the event of a partial or total cancellation of the event (see Articles 18 and 19 of the regulations). The refund applies only to the runner’s non-participation in the event.

All runners must be present in the starting pens no later than 20 minutes before the official start time.

Refreshment station on the route at km 5: Still water, sparkling water and sugar.
Finish refreshment station: Still water, sparkling water, coca-cola, chocolate bars, oranges, bananas, pound cake, Ker Cadelac madeleines, TUC crackers and Haribo sweets.

Free Service - Each competitor will be able to leave their personal bag at the cloakroom located at the race number collection point on the day of the race from 7:00 am to 8:30 am. (However, we recommend that you do not leave any valuable personal items).

Toilets will be placed at the departure area.

There is no planned space to take a shower.

Results can be consulted online on the day of the race from 14:30 in the afternoon on the official portal: ICI

Any complaints regarding the results must be submitted online within 48 hours in order to be considered. This can be done directly from the results page at the bottom of the page using the automatic form.
